Your future responsibilities
You will become a part of our legal team in Stockholm, where today there
are four lawyers.
- Together with
other insurance lawyers, you will monitor the insurance law area. This may
mean, inter alia, to:
- Participate in internal projects and to be responsible for the legal analysis of the regulations that affect the project objectives
- Monitor and follow up regulations (EU directives, laws, FFFS’ etc) within our area of responsibility and inform about regulations, both existing and upcoming
- Act on regulatory issues to our colleagues, primarily within sales, product development and customer service, but also other parts of the business
- Collaborate with our insurance law colleagues in other Nordic countries
The legal team
within Nordea Life & Pension Sweden is also a part of Nordea's legal
function Group Legal, which means that we have close cooperation with our law
colleagues in the bank.

is located in Stockholm.

We are looking for a
lawyer holding a Swedish Master of law degree and has approximately 3-5 years
of experience from insurance law work, preferably from Swedish life insurance
companies. If you also have other experience from a law firm, the Swedish tax
agency, other Swedish authorities or district court, it is a merit.
It is also important
that you have experience and interest in educating and not feel unfamiliar with
leaving quick legal advice over the phone to our insurance specialists in the
field.
During certain
periods we work under strong time pressure and with several projects at the
same time, that is why you should have an ability to handle several different
issues in parallel.
