Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Transaction Monitoring
Development team within Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP), where we set the scene for
developing automated transaction monitoring (TM) controls for the entire Nordea
Group.
We are currently looking for experts in financial crime prevention for
the TM Development team in GFCP to work with our stakeholders in creating
automated TM controls.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assessing and analysing the risks of financial crime based on
experience in Financial Crime area and input from Stakeholder engagement
- Driving
development initiatives, taking end-to-end ownership of deliverables
- Working with the team and stakeholders to deliver
automated transaction monitoring controls through projects and Agile teams
- Designing and
implementing global transaction monitoring processes across all business
areas
The role is based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo
or Stockholm and the position is likely to require some travelling. Welcome

Your profile and background:
- You have an excellent business orientation and understanding of the financial industry
- You are professional in taking initiative and work proactively under own direction with a proven track record of creating results
- You have experience in successfully leading change initiatives
- You are analytical and can define and document business requirements, and you have proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
