Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Global Business Risk Implementation and Support (BRIS) where we aim to take risk management in Nordea to the next level by centralizing common processes and aligning the way we work with the management of non-financial risks, such as compliance and operational risks in Nordea.
Business Continuity Management team is responsible for developing and maintaining the Business Continuity and Crisis Management guidelines, providing processes, controls and tools to manage business continuity risks. The team is also responsible for BCM reporting and business support.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting & advising Business in execution of all BC&CM related tasks
Monitoring implementation and supporting in reporting BC&CM status on several levels
Training and ensuring awareness to support implementing BC&CM related topics and to increase BC&CM maturity and operational resilience level
Providing advisory support on different levels in Nordea during extra ordinary events or crisis
Taking active part in BC&CM projects
The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo.

Your profile and background:
Relevant university degree e.g. finance, economics or similar
Understanding from the business continuity and overall risk management
You are proactive, execution oriented with the structured approach and well-developed collaboration and presentation skills
You are service minded, like to build new and storing relationships on different organisation levels
