Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Process
Excellence in Transaction Monitoring Investigation (TMI in GFCP), where
we ensure global alignment and operational excellence.
We lead the change agenda, responsible for all processes and drive all cross-border
activities. We create decision material and compile reports for senior management incl. GEM.
What
you’ll be doing:
- Extract and
analyse daily performance numbers
- Answer ad hoc requests from senior management
- Present decision material based on data analysis
(Risk, Quality, productivity)
- Secure overview of all relevant TM data. Represent TMI
in ongoing projects and in making business cases for project proposals as well as document the benefit realisation
The role is based in the Nordics.

Your profile and background:
- Preferably,
you hold a M.Sc. in finance, data science or equivalent
- Experienced
user of Excel with knowledge of Power Query or VBA solutions. Experience with M
and DAX will be an advantage
- Solid
database experience, strong understanding of relational databases, structured
query language knowledge (Impala, Hive, native SQL), e.g. nested joins, working
with subqueries, query optimization
- Basic
knowledge of Power BI and DAX formulas
- Proactive
approach, ability to identify stakeholder needs
- Structured
and analytical
- Experience
with stakeholder management at all levels
- Self-driven
