About the jobBusiness area Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty through proactive, relevant and tailored offers based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.
As part of Customer Value Communication Swedish Banking you will join us in transforming from working with ad-hoc one off campaigns towards a data driven approach connected to customer life event based journeys. As Senior Marketing Analyst you work with ensuring a customer insight and data driven approach to proposition (Campaigns and Next Best Actions) idea generation. Identifying customer needs and pain points and unlocking potential in customer base as well as identifying root cause analysis of proposition results and customer activities.
Main responsibilities are;
You are passionate about customer analytics and insights, interested in how to apply your skills to help develop the underlying business and you have the drive to make things happen.
We think that you have a background within mathematics, economics or computer science and competence in data visualization and statistics. You have deep Excel knowledge, preferably experience from QlikSense and Adobe analytics. Adding on a prestige less and positive attitude, self-motivated and results-driven nature and a dedication to deliver high quality, then we certainly want to meet you.
Being fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral is a must. Experience from campaign automation is an advantage.
