Our new journey began with the roll-out of the new CRM tool to all branches and Savings Bank in Sweden. In parallel, we focus on managing and improving the portfolio of applications we provide to branches and contact centers.

In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for:

  • Acceptance test developed features before release
  • Together with the Agile Product Owner work with requirements and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the back-log
  • Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders
  • Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
  • Help the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value
  • Plan and estimate the work together with the team
  • Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
  • Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to improve over time

You will work agile, ensuring efficiency and quality with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.

What you need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means that in addition to having knowledge about digital innovations and customer behaviors, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences.

The role also requires:

  • Being able to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speech
  • Experience with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
