Acting Head of Information Modelling i Stockholm

As Acting Head of Information Modelling you will be leading the work on building the Swedbank Glossary as well as leading a cross-border team consisting of 6-8 employees. In this role you will be setting goals for the team and creating the vision for the Swedbank Glossary. You will be reporting to the CDO and Head of Information Management, David Huselius.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing the Swedbank Glossary
• Leading a cross border team of Information Modelers and Project Managers
• Understanding of business requirements and overall structure in the Swedbank Glossary
• Reference Data Development initiatives
• Communicating/selling the Swedbank Glossary to different stakeholders within the bank

The position is temporary during 2019-06-01 and 2020-01-31. During this period the Head of Information Modelling will be on parental leave. On February 1st, this role will be converted into a specialist Information Modeler role. The Information Modeler role includes:

• Information Modelling and improving the Swedbank Glossary
• What information do we have/need? We build objects, attributes and relationships to describe it visually.
• Leading workshops with different value streams – supporting them with Information Modelling and helping them by getting their requirements into the Swedbank Glossary.

We are building the Swedbank Glossary together with the business! We are passionate about describing what information we have or need. We do this in an Information Model and try to reuse terms and descriptions across the bank. Knowing what information we have or need will enable us to quicker create new services or products for our clients.
As a manager I encourage and give my employees freedom in their work but also to challenge them to grow. We are a unit within Information Management and are always trying to improve our ways of working. Our team is located in Stockholm and Tallinn and we have great cross border collaboration.
