Scrum Master – Data & Analytics i Sundbyberg

The Scrum Master is a servant leader and coaches the team members. You help the team to remove impediments and work for continuous improvements.
The role includes:

• Coaching the team to deliver with sustainability and quality
• Manage, lead and follow up on activities and initiatives within the team
• Arrange and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, participate in weekly and monthly release meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives
• Coordination with other teams and Scrum Masters across business areas
• Continuously improve the way of working according to the SWAP method (Swedbank Agile Process).
• Dealing with ad hoc issues, lifecycle related tasks and other questions
  
  

We believe you have a genuine interest in the agile way of working and like to coach and support teams involved in development and maintenance. You are a strong team player and like to solve problems together with your colleagues.

You have a structured way of working and you focus on possibilities with a value-driven and fast moving mind-set. You have no problems handling many and a large variety of tasks simultaneously. You have no problems communicating in English and Swedish and we think you have a university degree or equivalent experience. It is a plus if you have experience from working in an agile environment but it is not a pre-requisite.
