What You'll do at Qred

As the UX/UI Designer at Qred, you will research and design user interface solutions based on UX principles, business requirements and user research. You will work collaboratively with a group of highly skilled and passionate colleagues from various teams including tech, product and marketing. We are passionate about our customers and the ideal candidate for this role is someone who is equally passionate about the end users as they interact with our brand.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll do at Qred:

You will be responsible for crafting and maintaining a seamless user experience in our product suite.

You will ensure brand consistency across the whole customer journey.

You will identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

You will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps .

You will collaborate with our visual designer in all phases of the UX lifecycle: design strategy, user research, prototyping and UI design.

You will work closely with our developers and key stakeholders, iterating on your work based on feedback and user testing.

You have 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role from a tech company or startup.

You have strong knowledge of Adobe CC suite, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard creative tools.

You have experience designing web and mobile applications.

You have an understanding of agile methodologies and are happy to apply this mindset to all aspects of your work.

You are fluent in English.
