Did you know that stress and related diseases increases around the world and leads not only to personal suffering but also to huge costs for society? It is estimated that only in Sweden 57 billions are lost each year due to sick leave. (It is as much as the total revenue for all 8 Harry Potter movies.)

MindApps is on the mission to revert this trend. Our goal is to spread mindfulness and its benefits to everyone. For that purpose we have developed The Mindfulness App, a digital tool that helps users to reduce their stress and become more present in their daily lives. Currently the app has more than 2 million users and is available in 13 languages around the world. 

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team to help communicate and spread our app to users worldwide. The person will help to update and implement our market and growth strategy. The main responsibilities are:

• Create a scalable and sustainable growth strategy that increases awareness and quality downloads of The Mindfulness App in key markets.
• Accomplish marketing objectives through planning, developing, implementing and evaluating awareness/user acquisition campaigns, strategic partnerships, promotional programs, social media activities, SEO optimization etc.
• Identify market opportunities and product improvements through data driven analysis of application usage
• Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials
• Gather, analyze and report on consumer insights, business KPIs and competitive market space
• CoCreate, schedule, and analyze our social media updates to improve our social media strategy
• Explore new social media networks, apps, and tools to help us reach more users
• Be data-informed about what’s working on social and what’s not

We are a small team so it is crucial to be able to both works independently as well as to collaborate and plan strategically as well as being operational. You should be fluent in English -written and spoken. Other languages are merit.
