Project Coordinator i Stockholm

DICE (EA Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment), the award-winning developer based in Stockholm, Sweden, is best known for creating the phenomenally successful Battlefield franchise.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a 12 month contract starting as soon as possible. You will work closely with our team leads and key functions at DICE such as Legal, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders within EA. You will coordinate and facilitate initiatives that crosses the borders between the game team and said functions. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants more insight into game development and wants to grow in a global project and company.

• Admin support to Development Directors and Producers
• Set up and administrate suppliers, contracts and budgets
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to get all necessary agreements and budgets aligned
• Follow up on budgets with external contracted parties
• Administration for events and milestones
• Support team in booking Hotel and travels
• Support and help Leads and the Development Director team with project related tasks

This is a junior role but we would expect you to have a few years of experience of a similar role or responsibilities.

• Some event planning, marketing, account management, accounting (many areas of expertise should count towards this)
• Business background (comfortable with big deals, contracts and partners)
  Experience in coordinating several initiatives in parallel
• International / Professional communication experience a plus
