Senior Technical Producer – SEED i Stockholm

With our focus on the future, SEED works a little differently than what you might be used to. As a Senior Technical Producer for our R&D organization, you have to balance focus and alignment with room to explore and fail. The latter is a tricky balance, and as part of our growing team, you will help build process to amplify everyone’s work. You will be doing R&D on how we do R&D, and tailor the latest and greatest development practices to enable our multi-disciplinary team of programmers, designers, artists, and researchers.

You’ll need to understand how to help self-organizing teams accomplish great things, and drive communication so that we can reach past what any of us can do on our own. You’ll bring innovative ideas about organization, production, and about the future of interactive entertainment. You have relevant experience in game development, software development, production management and leadership. You also have great charisma, EQ, and communication skills to enable strong interfacing with SEED developers & partners. You are organized, collaborative, communicative, take initiative, and want to teach as well as learn. You are effective at reporting progress, identifying and raising issues, but also at connecting individuals to maximize results. You will be responsible for visualizing and reporting progress, will team up with all of us and enable effectiveness from both a research and a development perspective.
