OPERATION INTERN

xNomad is an exciting new tech start-up that is revolutionising the global retail market. We connect brands directly with spaces allowing them to have a retail presence quickly and cost effectively. We are looking to hire an operations executive intern on a 3-6 month basis.

At xNomad, we work hard, move fast and get results. We welcome all ideas, insights and above all, initiative.

THE ROLE 

We are seeking a highly motivated intern with a passion for operations.

Involve taking ownership of internal processes, refining and optimising these, taking on basic updates of the xNomad website, and working with the team to identify and optimise other operational work.

Working in our CRM by updated sales lead and pipeline operations

Emailing various brands, e-commerce stores and setting up follow ups

Structuring file stores within google drive, hubspot and mailchimp

Keeping track of various new operations and processes

There’s always tons more stuff to be done and we want to make sure you get a load of experience as part of your internship with us. What we ask is that you’re hard-working and keen to improve what we’ve done so far.

A strong operational mindset is essential, along with a willingness to not just roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, but to think about how to work smarter not harder!

This is an unpaid internship but we can guarantee you will learn heaps about business

We are currently hiring in an internship capability, however, we will have more full time roles in Fall.
