Qualifications:

• Relevant education or experience working as a Full-stack developer
• You are willing to learn something new every day and have a can-do attitude
• Experience with React, JavaScript
• Experience with Python, Node.js, C++ 
• Experience with MongoDB or Elastic Search
• Databases are more than Excel sheets for you
• You are a team player, who wants to help with one of the most pressing issues in our current digital world

It's more interesting If you have experience working with blockchain smart contracts.

Compensation?

It's an unpaid position because of the startup phase. Once enough funding is secured and with proven work experience, you can get a full-time paid position.
