Team Manager i Sundbyberg

Financial Risk is, among other things, Swedbank's function for independent control of market and counterparty risks. Value Stream Financial Risk works closely together with Financial Risk to develop methods, measures and solutions related to the area. Currently this is driven through a transformation program that will implement an integrated risk system and processes for counterparty credit risk and market risk. In addition, the team is responsible for maintenance of current solutions within the area.

As a Team manager you will be responsible for efficient way of working in the Cross Functional Team(s) by ensuring competence development and staffing. You will drive coordination with other teams in the bank as well as coaching and supporting your team in the delivery of daily work and lead the employees toward Swedbank's Wanted Position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading & Coaching the team to deliver a sustainable velocity and quality
• Coordinating with other teams and support in prioritization of workload and resourcing
• Continuously improve the way of working
• Staff responsibility for your team
• Take part in SLA negotiations
