We are looking for a documented experienced and knowledgeable specialist in Insurance Sales, in the field of occupational pensions towards our middle corporate segment.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Nordea Life and Pension sales, where we ensure that our customers in the middle corporate segment receive a competitive offer regarding occupational pensions. We work closely to Relationship Managers in Nordea Bank as well as other Stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Working proactively with sales and advise of occupational pensions directed to middle sized companies with a complex business model
  • Prospecting for new business customers
  • Maintaining and developing new and existing customers
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction

The role is based in Göteborg. Welcome to a newly established team with high ambitions and high business drive.

Your profile and background:

 

  • You have several years of experience in Insurance Sales, focusing on Occupational Pensions
  • You have excellent negotiations skills
  • You have a passion for making business, and a solid track-record of many successful business agreements
  • You work methodically with a long-term focus and with high quality, actively prospecting new clients, as well as serving the existing ones
  • You are an excellent communicator and have strong pedagogical skills
  • You make the complicated simple and take responsibility to achieve set goals
  • You have the ability to see the big picture as well as the details
  • You have excellent collaboration skills
  • This role requires you to be certified by Swedsec and IFU, or equivalent.
