Infrastructure Engineer to Network Team i Sundbyberg

Networks are the backbone of a modern business environment. They connect internal employees to business applications as well as partners and customers to network enabled services.

Our main goal is to manage the network availability and continuity to ensure the capability of passing all necessary traffic under any condition and that the information is available to all those who are authorized to access it. Also, to control the traffic accessing the network and flowing across the network by making sure it is secure, valid, known and not violating any of the rules defined by Swedbank's Security Directives.

As an Infrastructure Engineer you will become part of an International team of professionals and you will have the ability to work with network security architecture, designing new solutions, maintenance, optimizing existing systems/platforms and participate in infrastructure changes.

We are searching for an excellent team player with good cooperation skills who is eager to learn and quickly adapt to different environments. A socially skilled person, who is not afraid of taking on challenging tasks and has the ability to reach out to people in an open, simple and caring way. An open mindset with customer focused approach is highly important. Effectivity and the ability of always searching for possibilities to improve will be seen as an advantage.

We believe that you have knowledge of network, application protocols and security technologies and have understanding and/or experience of all or some of following: Firewalls (Checkpoint), ADC (F5), IDS/IPS, ACI, routing/switching, zoning models.

Script writing skill is a requirement when taking on this role as well as proficient communication skills in English.

Following can be an advantage:

• Experience in automation of network services and supporting service based monitoring in an enterprise environment
• Agile way of working experience
• University Degree, preferably in Computer Science other sciences and/or previous relevant working experience within IT sector.
