Knodd is Europe’s first digital child health centre, letting parents get in touch with paediatric specialists within minutes.

We’re growing the team and are hiring our first Growth & Marketing Manager. As one of the first employees, and the first person solely focused on marketing and growth, you will play a major part in Knodd’s journey, development and future success.

Your role

As the Marketing & Growth Manager you will:

• Lead the marketing work and be a core driver of growth initiatives
• Experiment with acquisition and traction channels to build a scalable growth machine
• Gather, analyze and report on consumer insights, business KPIs and competitive market space
• Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials
• Accomplish marketing objectives through planning, developing, implementing and evaluating awareness/user acquisition campaigns, strategic partnerships, social media activities, SEO optimization etc.

Which will include working with

• Strategy, analysis, content creation, implementation, tracking, funnel optimisation, dashboard creation and maintenance

This role will develop over time, from being more hands-on in the beginning to becoming more and more leadership and strategy oriented as the team grows. Today we are a small team so it is crucial to be able to both work independently as well as to take an active role in developing the company culture and wellbeing. High pace and productiveness is valued, but also taking time to enjoy our journey together!

• Highly motivated and independent
• A number cruncher who loves analyzing data
• Experienced in various digital marketing platforms/channels and tactics
• Have at least 3 years of working experience with digital growth and marketing
