You will be a part of a dynamic IT environment within the Sales Store Division and with a mission to support IT solutions to Stores with central ERP system SAP.
As a AM Lead you will work close to the main solution and with responsibility to manage the Service. This means to have a close cooperation with our business and with the target to continuously improve the way we work. In the role you will get to know our business and with stakeholders, work close to the solution and systems. The resources are located both on site and off shore.
Your focus is to manage the operation with the countries connected to the business processes. To succeed we believe that you have the customer in focus, you are proactive and understand priorities and business needs. You will be a part of a competent team where your guidance and structured mind will be supportive to the team. We believe you are confident and have a clear communicative approach.

Among other things you are:
Responsible for ensuring sustainable maintenance operations and that our maintenance organization fulfils our goals and agreements.
Responsible for planning and managing maintenance releases (test, transport, change)
Close cooperation with business and the functional area responsible. Close cooperation also with development team, architects, application experts and offshore teams
Contribute to continuous improvements and strategic work
Who you are
We expect you to be openminded, be clear in communication, be ambitious, driven and with a positive mindset. The right person with the right attitude will be able to develop the work together with our service. It is a plus if you have some technical understanding. Good communication skills in English is needed.
It is also of great value if you have worked in SAP and have some experience in leading others, but not a must.
