We are looking for an experienced analyst with knowledge of Nordea's organisational set up, capital requirements and credit risk models. This is an opportunity for you to develop knowledge about Nordea's Credit risk models, develop analysis ability, as well as your communication skills. The position involves interaction with almost all units in the Bank.
You will, together with the team, be responsible for strengthening the dialogue with all relevant stakeholders throughout the Nordea group. You will be responsible for ensuring that reported changes are properly analysed from both quantitative and qualitative perspective. All changes shall be sufficiently documented and will be submitted to the Credit Risk Sub Committee for approval before the Swedish financial supervisory authority is notified.
The position provides you a great opportunity to learn more about how Nordea’s IRB approach is affected by changes throughout Nordea and to strengthen your group wide network. The position also provides an opportunity to contribute to the development of the team’s analysis capacity, as well as working processes.
Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Risk Models, where we maintain and develop Nordea’s risk models under the internal rating-based approach (IRB approach). The sub unit Model Change & Materiality is the point of entry for all changes to Nordea's IRB Approach. The main responsibility is to monitor and analyse changes and report these to the supervisor in accordance with regulative requirements. The position provides a good opportunity to become an expert of risk models, as well as become a good analyst with great communication skills.

The role is based in Stockholm, but other locations can be considered. Welcome to a small and dedicated team where we are keen on details but keep a holistic approach on change management end regulatory compliance.
