We are looking for a Senior Communicator with a broad
experience to join our Nordic Group External Communications team. This is

Your future responsibilities
Group Communication is responsible for Nordea's external
communication including media relations. The main purpose is to protect and strengthen
Nordea's position and brand, enable and support the transformation processes,
and reinforce the company culture of Nordea.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage Nordea's reputation through proactive Group external communication activities as well as issue and crises management with local/Nordic colleagues and business stakeholders
- Create and manage content and production of Group external communications solutions that ensure coherence in messages and different channels across the organisation and Nordic countries
- Your tasks include also such elements as co-ordination Group Press Releases, communications support for Group's media outreach activities and material delivery e.g. during financial reporting periods
The role is based in Helsinki or Stockholm. The Group External
Communications team is a virtual, truly Nordic team operating across bank's
geographic area.

Your
profile and background:
- We believe you are a proactive and confident person who enjoys working in sometimes challenging communication scenarios which place demands on availability, speed, accuracy and sound structuring and planning capabilities
- You understand how to communicate optimally with different target groups, and enjoy building relationships, both internally and externally
- You are able to carry out projects independently, but yet a team player who understands the importance of cooperation to attain optimal results
- Master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of creating targeted content
- Strong knowledge of communication skills in English and either in Finnish or Swedish
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure sometimes with challenging deadlines
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of financial economics, personal finances and macroeconomics is a strong advantage
