Application expert/Solution architect i Stockholm

We are now recruiting a application expert/architect to the Site Behaviour

Analysis team within the Sales Online and Marketing division at H&M IT. If you have a passion for E-commerce and enjoys delivering great ideas in a fast and ever-changing environment this is a chance for you to join a high performing team.

The H&M Groups online stores are growing rapidly both in terms of sales volume and functions. We are constantly working to ensure our customers have the best experience when they use the sites, regardless of what touch point they use. No matter if it's via a phone, a tablet or via a regular computer, they shall have a top notch web site at their hands. A key success factor for us to create this experience is to understand what our customers do when they visit the site. In order to do this, we have a set of tools managed by the Site Behavior Analysis team.

As a application expert/architect you will work in close relation with your team but also with all involved parties related to the maintenance releases, agile teams and other initiatives. We expect you to have leadership skills and experience of e-commerce, tag management and web analysis.

To be successful in this role you are curious, actively seeking inspiration and engaging in discussion in new technologies and business challenges within e-commerce, web analysis and customer behavior. You are self-propelled and have excellent comunications and coordination skills. We belive you are are prestigeless and enjoy working in team, but are also able to work independently within the framework of a project situation.

Your responsibilities

The job as a Application expert/Solution architect comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Some of your responsibilities are to:

• Design, specify and document how to implement data capture for web analysis purposes
• Review requirements, test cases and test coverage
• Analyze business needs and drive technical improvements
• Request, follow-up progress and verify implementations in the tag management tool from external supplier
• Support and act as bouncing board regarding Tealium IQ, Google Analytics and web analytics in general for the requirement analysts and testers within H&M IT and web analysts within the Business
• Support and act as mentor for team members and developers within the maintenance team and in collaborating teams, regarding implementation of data capture for web analysis

• Experience of working with e-commerce platforms
• Experience of web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Experience of tag management (Tealium IQ or other)
• Broad understanding of system development
• Experience of working in agile situations
• Experience of working in larger scale projects with cross dependencies
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

The postion is located in Liljeholmen, Sweden and we work in an Acitvity Based Workplace.
