About the position
As a requirement analyst at IT Logistics you will specify requirements and business rules and communicate it to different stakeholders. Your main focus will be to setup the requirement process for the Parcel Shipment Service (PSS) within the maintenance team and to adapt the process to surrounding projects and systems. PSS is purchased as a Software as a service (SaaS) solution from an external supplier.
The maintenance team you will be joining consists of 3 colleagues with great team spirit and together you will collaborate with the project team consisting of approximately 15 persons. Both employees and local consultants located in Stockholm/Marievik and Borås.

Your responsibilities The job of a requirement analyst within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
Develop, adapt and improve the requirement process for the area
Identify and define business requirements and ensure that these are realized in the systems, both functional and nonfunctional requirements
Participate and lead meetings and workshops regarding business requirements
Establish and manage contacts as well as be the natural speaking partner for PSS requirements
Together with the team ensure realization of overall requirements as well as quality assure the solution
Ensure that the requirements support current and future workflows through dialogue and cooperation with stakeholders such as the SaaS supplier, the internal team, related projects and management situations
Participate in the development of plans and objectives of the system and delivery stages
Continuous documentation of requirements and rules
You will work close to the SaaS solution representatives, test managers, system architects, delivery managers and business representatives
Act recipients of requirements from projects, business and stakeholders and be responsible for quality assurance of these

Minimum 3 years’ experience from requirement management
Experience of demand management in complex systems where integration and business rules are important factors
Have the ability to handle, communicate and coordinate with many stakeholders
Are experienced in conducting workshops and formalizing the business requirements
You are curious, social and non-prestigious and take the initiative to always find the best way forward
Have a business and customer-oriented approach
Are experienced in writing clear requirement documentation, for examples use case
Are fluent in speaking and writing English (Swedish is a meerit)
