Enterprise Agile Coach i Stockholm

As Enterprise Agile Coach you'll have the visibility and role in the entire Swedbank agile transformation. You will actively promote and provide trainings on Swedbank's common agile framework as well as in agile and lean practices and tools. You will work with teams and individuals in defining and removing the road-blocks on enterprise level. You will be part of igniting different kind of communities of practices.

A successful candidate is a fluent collaborator and influencer, who can find her/his way through any situation without compromising her/his core message/values. You have a desire to be in front of large audiences as well as hold impacting 1-to-1 conversations. You master agile and lean thinking and practices both in theory as well as in practice. You know how to set good learning objectives and deliver respective trainings.

You are fluent in English.

• Minimum 5 years' experience of working as a Scrum Master with experience from multiple teams
• Minimum 5 years working as an agile coach in international, multi-location environment
