Senior Programme Manager i Stockholm

We are recruting a senior Programme Manager you will managing the development and implementation of large-scale changes across the business and/or Scandinavian region. You will report to the Strategic Business transformation Director within the Scandi COO function. You will plan and manage the programme and a set of interrelated projects to deliver the programme's vision.  The role involves working to tight timescales and budgets and managing complex requirements and relationships.

Key areas of responsibilities will include: 

• Managing the development and maintenance of programme plans and budgets to deliver the programme's vision
• Defining, planning, monitoring and assure project requirements and deliverables to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure involvement, consensus and buy-in
• Managing programme risks, issues, dependencies and interfaces to ensure potential problems are identified and controlled
• Leading, motivating and coaching project managers to deliver the objectives and solutions within agreed budgets and timescales
• Leading the development and implementation of benefits realisation strategies and processes to ensure that expected business benefits are assigned, measured, and tracked

The first programme to be managed in this role will be the implementation of IFRS17 for the Scandi region.

Your skills and experience: 

To succeed in this role, you have a proven track record senior management experience in delivering large, complex change efforts requiring a combination of strategic vision and practical project management skills. You have managing Finance change programmes, preferably regulatory reporting programmes (Basel, Solvency II, etc.), implementation of ERP systems, and/ or data staging areas within the Financial sector.

Furthermore, you have minimum 10 years experience in project management, preferably across Insurance and Financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior management position driving change. You have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize, conceptually interpret and clearly communicate material (presentations, progress updates, etc.) to different levels of stakeholders . You have a proven ability to mobilise and encourage teams, and providing clarity in establishing specific plans/ projects to achieve the vision, strategy, and goals.
