LIMA is a key IT program to enable continuous development of our stores, our store portfolio and for supporting our expansion. You will have the role as Business Lead within the project and for rollout of the solution.
You will work cross all our departments and brands within Global expansion including for example Store Development, Leasing, Store planning, Construction and Facility management. You will work both towards our central departments located in Stockholm and the users in the markets.

The job as Business Lead in LIMA comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun!
Your main responsibilities will be both within the program and in the maintenance of the solutions and it includes:
Manage Business functional requirements and coordinate business needs by gathering, analysing and prioritizing requirements, ensuring that requirements are aligned throughout the implementation
Define future business processes and outline how the solution is to support this in collaboration with appointed business stakeholders.
Facilitate Change requests and have a dialogue with the SaaS Supplier
Ensure cross-functional dependencies are understood and managed through close collaboration with other Functional teams and Solution architect
Coordinate and support in the rollout of Lima
Take responsibility for change management related to this program
Learn and give trainings in business processes
Execute Test – validate solution from a business perspective
Owner of the user acceptance test activity, including creating acceptance test cases.
Have ownership over the delivery of effective support and training for LIMA
Be an expert within business processes regarding Store expansion, Lease, Store portfolio management and Facility management
Participate in trouble shooting and closing of incidents and have a dialogue with our SaaS supplier
Degree in engineering, business, system development or similar
Experience from working within all or some of the following areas: Store projects, Store development, Facility, Lease
Experience from working as business requirement analyst, project manager, tester/test lead or application specialist, requirements specifier or similar roles
Experience from working within all or some of the following systems or processes is a merit: IPS, Project portfolio management, Facility management, Lease administration
Experience from bigger change management initiatives is a merit.
