As a Head of Client Relations you get a unique opportunity to be a part of a newly established management team and influence the set up for the future Client Relations model for Sub Custody, Global Custody and Issuer Services on a Nordic level. You also get a chance to be part of managing a cultural change within Investor Solutions & Services in Wholesale Banking Operations.
Nordea is one of the leading European financial institutions and Wholesale banking Operation is the leading service provider within the capital market services in the Nordic. You will be leading a local unit consisting of motivated and dedicated professionals based in Stockholm.
You will report to the Nordic Head of Investor Solution & Services and be a member of the pan-Nordic Client Relations management team. You will be working very closely with your colleagues in other countries in order to align the approach towards the clients.
Recently re-organised unit of Client Relations is working closely together with the Sales team covering for Sub-custody, Global-custody and Issuer Services offering towards financial institutions and large corporates within these three product areas. Client Relations is acting as the first-point of entry towards the clients and adding value by ensuring the high-quality deliveries throughout the value chain.
As a Head of Client Relations, Sweden you will also be a part of building a new operating model clarifying the division of roles and responsibilities between the relevant units and defining the target picture for the unit.
The position requires some travelling in the Nordics.

You’ll join Investor Solutions & Services and the preferred candidate has experience from working with corporate and institutional clients and is an experienced leader with proven strong track record in adapting to new circumstances, managing change, developing people through performance orientation as well as achieving tangible results in projects and/or initiatives. Previous leadership experience is preferred for the position.
