Global Merchandise Manager – H&M Men’s Business Unit i Stockholm

We are now looking for a Global Merchandise manager for our Men’s Business Unit. The Merchandiser Manager will be a part of the Men’s Business Unit, your contribution will make a big difference and you are expected to take on a driving role.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive your concept - Main responsibility is to set and follow up the global commercial plan by identifying future potential for profitable net growth together with your Customer Group consisting of Buying Office, Visual and Marketing department.

• Optimize your stock - Influence the buying process by sharing knowledge of the customer group and global competitors together with country input towards the Buying Office.

• Create the best customer offer - Establish and drive the commercial priority of key products, garment groups and beliefs towards the countries.

• Strong commercial awareness – top of mind is always how to sell more

• Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and improve ways of working

• A true team player who has great communication skills.

• Fluent in English both verbal and written

• Possibility to travel, minimum four days per month

• Preferred background is to have two years minimum as a Head of Merchandising Manager or Men’s Merchandise Manager in Planning market, Sales Market or %age market.
