Test Lead within HM IT i Stockholm

The Role

We are looking for an SAP test leader for a complex solution for several strategically important program with a lot of cross-dependencies and stakeholders. You will have a great level of independence in your role as test leader, and we expect you to act and be confident in your leadership.

As an SAP test lead you will be managing our off-shore test service for the accounting and controlling part of the SAP solution. You will be a part of the functional area lead team and your responsible is to steer, support and follow-up of test service deliveries.

The positions as Test Lead is situated within the functional areas of General Accounting, Controlling & Treasury (FA GACT) and Sales and Supply Chain Accounting (FA SSCA) within Service Area Finance and Accounting at H&M IT. Both these functional areas are parts of a business change initiative to implement the SAP Retail solution together with several integrated systems. We’re working with roll out of template solutions to a range of countries, with application maintenance and with supporting of new business initiatives.

You will be located at our IT-department in Stockholm, Marievik, where we have an activity-based workplace in order for you to have the best possible conditions for flexible and productive work.

What you will do

The job of an SAP test leader within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Accountable for testing all solution areas that are delivered within FA GACT and FA SSCA. This includes management of planning preparation, management of test execution, and accurate test reporting, all with the aim of ensuring the quality of the delivered solution
• Accountable for following up on test SLA and keep the SLA updated by setting goals and directions for the test work and to align involved parties
• Follow up and regularly report to stakeholders about progress and status
• Ensure the H&M models and processes are applied in the test work
• Managing relationship and communication with our test vendor and secure the service delivery according to the agreement. Work closely together with vendor to improve ways of working for processes, methods and tool usage
• Work collaboratively and cross functionally with other areas test teams and be a part of the strategic offshore transition work
• Steering and control e.g. financial reporting and work on strategic initiatives

• Management- and leadership skills, experience from managed services
• Test Lead experience of a global, complex SAP solution
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good business knowledge within the accounting and controlling processes
• Being a team player with good ability to work individually
• Experience of tools as Jira, ALM and MS Office
• Enjoy taking responsibility and enjoy working in flexible and changing environment

It’s also a plus if you have:

• Experience and knowledge of Agile methods
