As a Product Manager Accessories, you will be overall responsible for the accessory business category within the consumer segment in Tele2. Accessory products are a growing category within our business and is considered very important for the purchase experience in our customer interaction touchpoints. You are hungry – with an entrepreneurial mindset, have a strong inner drive and the ability to execute in an agile environment. You have previous experience from FMCG and/or the telecom industry with a great proven track record and you understand both consumer purchase behavior as well as being comfortable around financial KPI:s related to a multichannel retail environment. Experience from interacting with customers in a retail setting – as a salesperson or similar – will be considered a merit.  

 

This is the job....  
 

Being a Product Manager Accessories at Tele2 means that your main responsibilities will be; 
 

  • Managing the assortment and portfolio of mobile accessory products in all of our sales channels
  • Managing go-to-market for accessory products
  • Day to day pricing and overall margin structure delivery in relation to budget
  • Vendor/manufacturer/supplier relationships and negotiations
  • Management of commercial initiatives and campaigns
  • Being the custodian for the overarching commercial strategy for the product category

 

In order to be successful in this job we believe you..... 
 

  • Have previous work experience from either the telecom or electronic retail industry and/or product/category management from FMCG.
  • Are true team player who thrives in a fastmoving business where change is a constant and speed is essential for success 
  • Have an understanding of retail dynamics and the KPI:s that are related to that type of commercial setting.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English – since a lot of the supplier interaction will be taking place in an international context
  • Have the ability to travel (travel time is limited but will occur from time to time)
  • A real doer with high energy and fearless potential 
  • Are skilled in the art of creating structure and order in the context of rapid movement, development and change
     

We place a lot of emphasis on personal eligibility based on previous work experience and mindset, however a higher level of education (University degree or equivalent) is of course considered a merit.
