Background
Our analytics team is working on developing and improving smart applications for using different kinds of camera analytics, such as motion-, face- and tampering detection. Tampering detection is becoming more and more important when the number of cameras in the public domains such as plazas and parks increases. Most of the cameras are not used for live view but for their recording capability to afterwards investigate the event of a crime or similar. There is an increasing problem that cameras get tampered with or vandalized and won't work as intended for a period of time. Therefore, Axis offers an application called Axis Tampering Alarm. Now it’s time to investigate algorithms for the next generation tempering alarm application.
We want you to research, prototype and implement a solution that allows for automatic camera tampering detection.

About you
We believe that you can write and understand object-oriented languages such as python or similar. You also have some experience of working on Linux, have an interest in machine learning and computer vision, and have some experience in applied statistics.
