We are actively looking for people across our global presence, but primarily for our offices in Stockholm, Berlin and London. To be a good fit for Org Development at Klarna, you’ve probably found yourself thinking about the human side of things - how people react to change or which CRM system will cause the least frustration among end users. You’re likely wondering what it is that truly drives engagement and productivity at work, or how to design recruitment processes that cater to diversity and inclusion. As your career progresses, you’ll find yourself developing expertise in these areas:

You should have:

• A degree from a university. We don’t require any specific subject but Business, Science or Technology is a plus
• Applicable work experience
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
