Welcome to the Commercial Hub Sweden, the unit responsible for business development for Nordea Personal Banking Sweden. You will be working with a special dedication to important numeric business analyses, supporting the Hub’s development activities. We add value by implementing the Personal Banking strategy in the local marketplace. We’re doing this by developing and bringing new and improved solutions to our customers. We will contribute to attracting more customers to the bank and ensuring high level of customer care by fixing local pain points and introducing solutions to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Business analysis by structured problem solving and ideation
- Numerical business analysis – suggest, develop and deliver insights about Personal Banking Sweden’s business and customers
- Support business development by quantitative analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders
You’ll join a dynamic environment and work with one or two teams with other business analysts and product owners in an agile context. The role is based in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- You are passionate about our customers and always have their best at heart
- You have very strong analytical capabilities. Good knowledge about Nordea’s data structures, data warehouses etc. is an advantage but not an absolute requirement
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative mindset
Your experience and background:
- Previous experience in business development
- Previous experience in numerical and quantitative analysis
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken Swedish and English)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office package, with a spike in using e.g. Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
