We will establish integration capabilities that will over time tie all services at Swedbank as well as boost the innovation. You could become the creator of it! Do you want to contribute to the creation of the foundation of the future bank?

• Several years of experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software services
• Expertise in API design, development and life-cycle management of both public and private APIs, in the cloud and on premise
• Knowledge in building integration and delivery pipelines is a plus
• You have an academic degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science
• Preferably you have experience working in an Agile setup
• You are analytical and have good problem-solving skills
• You are a great team player and you have a structured way of working
• Great communication skills in English
  
  

We think you have decent background in establishing and maintaining enterprise wide integration capabilities, you are not afraid of taking on unfamiliar territories.

Being part of building the structure for Swedbank's API platform will give you excellent opportunities to interact with several areas of the bank which will open many future career paths.
Example of future positions could be Architect or Product Owner.

My main role as a manager is to enable the team and especially the people of the team – to help finding the right way to go, to open doors to management or stakeholders, to enable cooperation. I like to make the team succeed by helping people grow.

I'm eager to try out new ways of working, as well as learn from my own and other's mistakes. I like to see opportunities, and to find solutions. I like "fail fast" – and I think "good enough" is better than "perfect", at least initially. Feedback – both positive and constructive – is very important; giving/getting feedback is hard but the most important tool for creating a performing team. Next to "Fika".
