We develop, manufacture and sell electrical motors with focus on rail applications. This position will provide you with many opportunities and interesting challenges on both local and global level.

Your responsibilities

• In this position you will develop and own the site supply planning process. You will provide visibility of supply capacity and provide forecasting to the supply unit to enable capacity optimization in the operation process. You will work in strong connection of the functions of sales, procurement & logistics and production scheduling to assure transparent Sales & Operational Planning. The Planning & Fulfillment role is a key function for profitable growth for ABB Traction and reports directly to the Local Product Group manager and is part of the local management team.

• As a person, you are process oriented and find motivation in driving continuous improvements. You are analytically skilled, experienced in operation and manufacturing and used to collaborate between different functions. You are used to provide visual results and can easily translate needs to actions. As a ground foundation, you hold a degree in relevant field.
