Sales assistant for an International Customer

Founded 20 years ago close to the Arctic Circle in the North of Sweden, our customer is a leader in delivering secure and reliable videoconferencing, digital meetings/Online meetings and connected-events all over the world.

10 - 40 timmar per vecka

What are you going to do:

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person to generate lead either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

You must be friendly, persuasive and understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.

What we ask:

  • Du studerar vid en Högskola/Universitet or Already graduated
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Swedish and good command over English is an advantage.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints. Persistent and results-oriented, patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • Experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is an advantage
