About the job

Business area Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty through proactive, relevant and tailored campaigns and Next Best Actions based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.

As part of Customer Value Communication you will join us in transforming from working with ad-hoc campaigns towards a data driven customer centric Next Best Actions. As Journey Manager for regulatory/mandatory communication you will be responsible for the area, for stakeholder management and for setting up process and approach for the creation/development of the communication into Pega, our campaign management system.

Main responsibilities are;
• Drive migration of mandatory manually (initially AML) communication processes to automated processes in our campaign management system
• Optimize the processes from a quality and customer centricity perspective, utilizing data and insights but also with focus on tonality and content

What you need to succeed

You are interested in customer data and creating great customer experience by communication in an Omni-channel environment. You like to develop new areas, are detail oriented and do not leave any open questions. We think that you have a background as project manager, business analyst or in marketing/communication; understanding both the business and system perspective. Adding on a prestige less and positive attitude, self-motivated and results-driven nature and a dedication to deliver high quality, then we certainly want to meet you.

Being fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral is a must. Experience from automated campaign management system or regulatory processes are an advantage.

What you may have worked with previously

Project Manager, Cosultant, Business Developer, Business Analyst, Marketing automation specialist or similar.
