Team Manager – AML Investigations Sweden i Sundbyberg

Group Security & Investigations coordinates the effort to counteract Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and fraud, investigations and physical security.
We are now expanding our team to be able to set the future processes within AML Investigations area.

Main responsibilities are:
As a Team Manager you will be responsible for the majority of the investigation organisation and drive, lead and coach the team to achieve stabile monitoring.
We have close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders that will include a strong need for stakeholder management also within the bank.

Important role for the team is to act as experts within specific areas of knowledge.

We are looking for you who have:

• Excellent people management skills (leader, building team, coach, grow, stretch performance)
• Very good communication skills
• Very good understanding of Swedbank processes
• Proficient in oral and written English
• A relevant university degree
• Manage and lead major projects.
• High degree of analytical capability.
• Ability to handle high level of stress and deliver on set timelines.
