Part time marketeer connecting with business pioneers i Stockholm

For us, business pioneers are the people who feel a need to challenge the status quo and change things to the better. They do this to create growth in their companies or simply to create a better tomorrow, and they love new technology and the way it enables radical change. They are CEO’s, business developers, corporate innovators or startup founders. We think you may be a future business pioneer yourself. And we need your help to connect with others and build the Desifer brand towards this group.

5 - 15 timmar per vecka

What are you going to do:

Desifer is a trusted co-creator of new business. We help business pioneers in large corporations to build new products and ventures and those who are founders of startups to accelerate their market launch.

To spur our own growth and success, we need your help to connect with and build desifer to a strong brand in the minds of this group. As a marketeer you will have great freedom in achieving this, the work will include:

  • Refine our minimum viable brand (MVB), marketing strategy and the platforms we use 
  • Create content (e.g. photography, video, insight texts, ads) for and managing web and social media presence (desifer.se, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Perform daily content marketing activities repurposing existing content assets
  • Perform digital and social marketing – creating and running campaigns to drive inbound leads, recruit new people and founders to our startup accelerator 
  • Plan and perform events, representing desifer
  • Establish and maintain relationship with the startup and business press (e.g. DI Digital, Breakit, Veckans affärer) and create publicity for desifer and our portfolio companies

What we ask:

  • You're studying at a university of applied sciences or university
  • Marketing student at a respected institution
  • Hands on and highly operational yet with a creative and strategic mindset
  • Preferably an interest in innovation and tech startups with some connection to the startup community in Stockholm
  • A passion for and a track record of learning and trying out new tools and ways of working
  • Used to developing content for a variety of mediums including social, email, web, and video
  • Fluent in social channels with skills in reaching a desired target group
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment with a culture of experimentation
