A/B-test developer i Stockholm

H&M Group develop and operate one of the largest retail websites in the world.

The demand for A/B-testing is getting higher with requests from the whole organization. You and your team are collaborating closely with departments such as the business sales organization, all HM brands and the IT-department. You will join a great team working with A/B-test development. The team currently consists of nine people and five of them are working as A/B-test developers and four are working with web analysis tracking implementation. The A/B-test developers are working closely with the A/B-test coordinator team within Business Development.

You will work in tools like Optimizely and Visual Studio Code.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience working with front-end development, preferably of e-commerce solutions. You are thorough and structured in your work, are able to seek knowledge on your own, have great communication skills and you are service minded.

Your responsibilities

The job of an A/B-test developer at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your responsibilities include:

• Plan A/B-test together with the business side
• Develop and implement A/B-test experiments
• Verify other A/B-test developed by your teammates
• Support and act as bouncing board in discussions regarding A/B-tests with business
• Keep updated on techniques and platforms used H&M Group’s online sites

Your skills

• Javascript, JQuery, CSS and HTML
• Experience of Cross browser development
• Great communicating skills in English and Swedish
