I am Jeffrey Hou and I am leading the Merchandising solutions team at H&M. I have been part of the company since 2001 in various roles and markets. In the last 6 years my focus has been to bring H&M to the front line of technical solutions for the markets, end users and customers. With our team of 10, we drive, develop and rollout ideas to global solutions for 200+ end users across all our markets and brands.
Together working with the local markets, business development, and IT, we set the direction for H&M’s system solutions to enable efficiency and sustainability while optimizing the supply chain process.
We are currently looking for a Rollout Project Manager to join our Global Sales team in Stockholm. As a Rollout Project Manager, you have the responsibility for ensuring successful business implementation of new merchandising tools and methods in our markets. You lead one or several rollout projects, represent merchandising in cross-functional meetings, plan and conduct trainings and set the new way of merchandising for the local teams. This requires skills and interest in project management as well as the merchandising processes. It can involve a lot of travelling and spending time with our merchandising teams worldwide. Ongoing projects are mainly FLOW SLF rollout projects for our biggest markets.
As a Rollout Project Manager your responsibilities include:
-Secure Local Market assessment prior to project start, for ways of working and gaps to the solution and coordinate with project management and development teams.
-Coordinate with the Roll out Project team on time line and deliverables.
-Participate and communicate in project status meetings to all stake holders
-Participate or coordinate Cross functional meetings in the local markets
-Align with local super users on cross functional routines and training plan
-Deliver or coordinate trainings in roll out markets with super users
