High Voltage Breakers is recruiting a new planning and fulfillment manager to lead a team of 10 dedicated people. In the role you will report directly to the Production Manager and be part of the production management team. Your responsibilities

• Line Manager for 10 people
• Securing a stable material planning according to OTD goals
• Securing a stable production planning according to OTD goals and the guidelines for production mix
• Making sure that we have a stable supplier OTD in collaboration with the strategic suppliers
• Overall responsibility for the department’s budget and shipment costs for import
• Ensuring that all improvement projects are being driven according to ABB guidelines
• Responsibility for obselete material
• Responsibility for inventory control parameters

Your background

• A university degree in engineering, economics or similar
• Industry experience
• Experience from planning, supply chain and/or logistics is an advantage
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
• Strong analytical skills, with high level attention to detail
• Social, self-driven and responsible personality
• Ability to manage different individuals
