As an Analyst in Group Finance & Treasury, you’ll drive strategic direction setting of Nordea from the capital adequacy point of view. Daily exposure to Nordea’s top management and the supervisors will give you a behind-the-scenes understanding of the banking business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive development of the internal capital adequacy processes in Nordea, in cooperation with the rest of the team, involving broader Nordea stakeholders
• Be responsible for the capital planning for Nordea subsidiaries
• Drive agile capitalisation projects
• Strive to optimise capitalisation structure of Nordea subsidiaries in collaboration with local CROs and CFOs
• Support Nordea subsidiaries’ executives with tailored analyses for strategic decision making

Your experience and background:

• Experience in working with capital requirements
• Good writing and excellent presentation skills in English
• Excel proficiency
• Relevant work experience, at least 2 years
• Master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics or a mathematical major
