We are looking for a Service Manager for Security Solutions at the Lantmännen Group. This is a critical role where you will shape and develop IT security to ensure a secure IT environment. This is what you will do

The Service Manager position is a generic role within Lantmännen's IT department, with responsibility for platforms and IT services within a specific area. Your area of responsibility is Security Solutions. As Service Manager of Security Solutions you are accountable for governance, maintenance, cost and quality and to act in strategic planning of the IT services in scope. You will also take part in initiations and hand-over of development activities. 

 

A large part of Lantmännen's IT services are outsourced, including the Security Operations Center (SOC); hence, the role includes service and supplier management. As Service Manager for Security Solutions you are responsible for coordination of the Security Operations Center, vulnerability assessment, logging/SIEM, anti-malware for clients and server, Network and Host Intrusion Prevention, web filter, two-factor authentication, certificate authority, and more.

 

On a daily basis you will offer support, contribute with your technical security expertise and collaborate with service desk, internal stakeholders, the information security team, Security Operations Center and suppliers to secure a safe IT environment, well-functioning interfaces and communication. You will monitor and report on service performance and take a coaching role in security incident handling and investigations, as well as develop and improve our Security Incident process and capabilities. The position is located at Kungsholmen in Stockholm, and you will report to Manager Solution Centre End-user and Infrastructure Solutions.

 

This is what you need to succeed 

 

You have: 

  • Experience from security operations, and preferably from leading a SOC-team
  • Experience from IT Service Management processes (ITIL or similar)
  • Preferably you have one or more security certifications, such as CISSP, CompTIA Security or similar
  • Strong communications skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English

 

You are: 

  • A self-driven and structured person with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable in taking the lead and great at taking something complicated and make it understandable for others. 
  • A person who are energetic and enjoys taking initiatives to try out new approaches. You also know how to realize the best ones. 
  • Goal-oriented, perseverant and likes to influence others
