We are an organisation within Finance & Business control at Scania, with the mission to drive and further develop our shared service centre working with accounts payables and receivables. You will find our customer and stakeholders throughout Europe and Australia (and we have the bigger part of our organisation in India).
The position
The work as support specialist will provide you with a great opportunity to get in touch with many different parts of Scania within many different countries, and provide you with the possibility to build your network. You will find our suppliers and customers all over the world, but for us in the support we are mostly in contact with suppliers/customers/Scania employees within Europe.
The work days are intense and you will answer incoming queries and service requests via phone and e-mail in a professional and personal way, and with a service minded attitude. You will perform analysis, solve problems and work with improvements independent and together with the team.
