We develop, manufacture and sell electrical motors with focus on rail applications. This position will provide you with many opportunities and interesting challenges on both local and global level. If you are ready for a challenge, you should become our new Line Manager.

• As Line Manager you will lead the manufacturing process through Tractions different production areas in a joint workshop with Machines (producing large Motors and generators for different applications). 30-40 employees ensure that all machines are manufactured in a safe way, on time and with the right quality.
• You will work with support from production engineering, planning, logistics and maintenance, focusing on continuously improving people and processes to increase productivity.
• Right now we are in an expanding phase which demand for a person that is interesting in develop and introduce changes.
• You will live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• You are result-oriented, independent since you are the only Line Manager in Traction.
• Experience from leading a team and knowledge in Lean production is meriting.
• As you will lead your employees through change, it is important that you are open-minded, clear in your communication and have the ability to listen to people.
• Former work as First Line Manager within a manufacturing company is meriting.
• Fluently Swedish is a requirement, whereas English is qualifying.
