Your responsibilities

• In this role, you are responsible for production in the breakers workshop.
• Improving the performance of the workshop by taking the necessaring actions.
• Strengthening and developing the operational production flow.
• Enabling your employees to grow and develop with safe and steady leadership.
• Being a part of the production management team.
• Have close contact with other units in ABB, as well as with suppliers and contractors.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety andintegrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• You should be a driven person with great sense of responibility and be result-oriented.
• You preferably have experience as a supervisor in production or as a project manager for delivery projects in the manufacturing industry.
• You speak and write English and Swedish fluently.
• You like to work with other people and feel comfortable in a leadership role.
• As a person, you are willing to listen and coach your employees, while daring to be clear and assertive when needed.
• Through your knowledge and commitment, you will always find ways to overcome obstacles. You see problems as challenges - opportunities to be even better!
