About the job

As an Agile Product Owner, APO, you play a key role the Swedbank Försäkring Vision by implementing and maintaining business and IT opportunities. You will be part of the Release & Delivery value stream and be the leader of a cross functional team that consists of Business Analysts and Software Engineers. You will work close to all our business stakeholders and with other value streams within Swedbank.
As an APO your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing the value of the investment opportunities by close collaboration with business stakeholders as well as your cross functional team
  • Ensure that the Backlog is in good shape, items created, managed and prioritized
  • Take active part in the fulfillment of the value stream roadmap together with the Chief Product Owner, other APOs, the teams and stakeholders
  • Plan and estimate the work together with the team as well as coordinate dependencies and deliveries with other teams within and outside of the value stream
  • Lead the implementation from idea to production

What you need to succeed

As an APO you are a true leader committed to deliver business value with high quality and a time to market perspective. You easily combine business oriented customer focus with development and maintenance of business and IT functions. As a person you are communicative, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are open and adaptable to change and you have proficient language skills in Swedish and English, both written and oral. You have preferably experience from Savings and/or Insurance sector.

  • You have strong Can-Do attitude
  • You have passion about leadership and team collaboration in an agile environment
  • You are self-driven and like to take on own responsibility
  • You are innovative and creative with personal efficiency and an internal drive
  • Preferably you have an academic degree in engineering, business administration or other relevant discipline
  • Experience from working in an agile environment is a plus
