The Commerce business is becoming more and more global and is in constant change. Although Swedbank Pay has a leading card acquiring position in Sweden and the Baltics, there are significant opportunities for growth within the E-com channels.

Swedbank Pay is the fifth largest card acquirer in Europe and has a solid market position in Sweden and in the Nordics/Baltics. The product is distributed through different Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including our own PayEx One offering, as well as through our own sales channels and distribution network.

The main objective for our unit – Swedbank Pay/Card Core– is to facilitate business with developing new and maintaining existing IT solutions.

In a role as Agile Product Owner (APO), you will be responsible:

  • Prioritize and manage backlog
  • Prioritization between new functionality, maintenance and life cycle
  • Plan and estimate the work together with the team
  • Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVPs from the value stream roadmap are delivered
  • Act as team player in the team and constantly improve the way of working
  • Collaborate with other team and APO´s in order to secure value stream joint deliveries.
  • Ensure that IT services are aligned with the Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture and strategies as well as Wanted Position.
  • Build/ Deliver/Maintain and to maximizing the value of the investment opportunity.
  • Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVPs are delivered

Main activities of the team are to:

  • Develop and maintain the card core systems as part of the overall strategy and delivery road map for the Swedbank Pay area.
  • Ensure stable and high-quality deliveries as well as continuous stability of the systems and services managed by the team.
  • Ensure contribution to problem, incident and crisis management
What you need to succeed
  • People management skills
  • Communication management skills
  • Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
  • Experience from the card acquiring/issuing area and, hence deep insights and understanding of the business.
  • Collaborative inside and outside of the team
  • Experience from working in or together with agile teams
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • A relevant university degree or similar work experience
