Application Expert i Stockholm

We are looking for a curious and driven new colleague to join our competent Trade team at H&M IT Logistics.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Working as Application Expert at H&M and in the Logistic area meaning taking on a great responsibility. In this role you will be part of our Trade team, and thereby be one of the key players to get the new platform running around the world. This will give you great chance to develop your skills in different areas, such as managing cutover, integration and deeper insight in customs processes.

A central part of the role as an Application Expert is to work closely with Logistics business, vendors and the program. You will also get the opportunity to get to know the core business and other stakeholders. You will be a part of a growing team that today consists of around 10 persons including business experts with a mix of H&M employees and consultants. The team you will be a part of has expertise in SAP Global Trade Service (GTS) and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC). You will design and support solutions for Logistics; Warehouse, Impex and Supply Chain for Customs Management and Trade.

As an Application Expert at H&M you will work at a global IT department, which means that the role will include travelling both within and outside Sweden.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The job of an application expert within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your responsibilities will include GAP/FIT analysis and handling requirements. Therefore you are an important and central person translating requirements to our development team. Furthermore, you will:

• Handle process mapping
  
• Drive Application Development with support from our Development Competence Center
  
• Support and drive Cross functional initiatives
  
• Roll-out new system solutions
  
• Test planning with test-lead
  
• Go-live planning
  
• Hand over to Application Management and to super user
  
• Improve ways of working

YOUR MINDSET & SKILLS
Just like everyone within the H&M group, we believe you are communicative, business-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
To succeed as an Application Expert at H&M we think you need to have an analytic mindset and a dedicated focus on overcoming problems. You should have at least 2 years’ experience as an Application Expert within an SAP solution. You have an education and/or experience from Logistics or Supply Chain. Furthermore, we believe you:

• Have experience in SAP MM and SD
  
• Fluent in English

• Knowledge of: - SAP ECC, - Global Trade Solution (GTS), - Retail, - SAP, - EWM
  
• Experience in ALM, Jira, Service Manager
  
• Customs processes
  
• Customs warehouse solutions (Transit, Import, Export, Bonded WH)
  
• Customs supporting solutions (Classification, Embargo and Intrastat)
  
• Warehouse processes
  
• Good knowledge in Swedish
